ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคของผู้ให้บริการโฮสต์

Who is responsible
Maisri, run by P'Jum (full legal name: Orasa Choosook), is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can reach us at [email protected].
What this website collects
Nothing directly from you. There are no forms, no accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics and no embedded ads. You can read every page without telling us anything.
Technical data handled by our hosting provider
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, the server automatically receives technical access data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit, to serve the pages and protect against attacks.
- Purpose: serving the site, security and abuse prevention.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Section 24 (5) PDPA).
- Retention: short-term, according to the hosting provider's policy. We do not consult these logs routinely.
- Processor: Cloudflare is the only data processor for this website.
When you contact us on LINE, Messenger or email
All contact happens outside this website. What you send (your display name, your message and any attachment) is used only to answer you and, if we agree to work together, to deliver the service. It is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract or of steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Retention: as long as needed for the conversation or the service, then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
- Platforms: LINE (LY Corporation) and Messenger (Meta) apply their own terms, outside our control. For Page Messenger, the privacy notice already published on the Page applies.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis, and you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
The site currently has no newsletter and no forms. When either is activated, this page will be updated first, with a new date shown at the top.
